Canadian Psychic Asks Why Cano Child Is Dead

 Canadian psychic – medium Robbie Thomas is asking why Caesar Aguilar-Cano was left to die by the hands of a known child abuser after Thomas had provided accurate details to police and news networks as to Cano’s whereabouts only two days after the child went missing.
Caesar Aguilar-Cano disappeared from outside his family's Louisville, Kentucky apartment on Oakdale Avenue on June 29, 2007. On June 30 Thomas was notified about the missing child by Frances Etienne, a resident of Cano’s town and former associate of Thomas. Four hours after hearing of Cano’s disappearance Robbie Thomas had ‘received’ enough relevant information to provide police and search teams with Cano’s location.
“I was connected directly to him”, said Thomas, referring to the child during an emotional interview. “I promised him I would return him safely to his mother if he would show me where he was at. He showed me and I gave the information to Frances who sent it to news networks and the police. They didn’t listen”
Robbie Thomas has been helping people locate missing family or murder suspects for more than seventeen years. His accuracy in retrieving solid facts via remote viewing and psychic impressions has astounded thousands of people over the years but says it has been emotionally stressful.
“I am actually taken to the scene seeing through the eyes of the victims and the killers”, Thomas explained. “I feel a lot of what they feel. You don’t know what it’s like to live with these images and sensations every day. It’s emotionally unbearable at times. I cry when I know how someone died and how he or she felt. I know how little Caesar died and I still tear up to recount it. I feel their family’s sorrow and when I actually give information to help a child while they are still alive while it’s ignored, it just sends chills down my spine knowing so much”.
Caesar Cano was still alive when Mr. Thomas provided police with his location. On July 4th the child’s body was found dumped in a nearby garbage collection vehicle where a worker discovered him on the 6th of July.
“I know the police have to be careful. They get hundreds of psychics writing in with information every day and not all of them are accurate. It can become an embarrassing nightmare for investigators. But when you have a psychic who provides such detail of a location, gives a description of the suspect and even the guy’s name, well, come on! The suspect was a known child abuser and sex offender with a police record. He has no rights in my book. They should have gone into the house with or without a warrant and searched. Now the legislation and law works in the favor of the criminals more so then the victims. This must be addressed and changed if one is a repeat offender or on parole. It would give police the opportunity to use the power of search and have that window of opportunity such in this case that got missed and walk directly in searching to save a life rather that of the later, which is recovering a body. Instead they sent an officer to simply question the suspect. That act most likely spooked the suspect and he eliminated the evidence. Why did the little guy have to die? He was alive when they went to question the creep”
Robbie Thomas is bitter that it took several months to arrest Cecil E. New - Caesar Cano’s suspected Killer. He believes more should have been done to prevent the murder.
“The guy lived behind the home of Caesar. The police knew he (Cecil) had a record of this type of criminal activity but unfortunately no one in the neighborhood knew. The very least the police could have done for the community was break in the guy’s house and search it. Cecil has been at large for six months to do god-knows-what to other kids. I gave them the guy’s name, for hells sake. Why is Cano dead? Why is his family grieving?”
Cecil New is a repeat sex offender with a record and has been on the Kentucky sex offender registry since March 2000. He was previously convicted of sodomy involving minor-aged victims in northern Kentucky. But while Thomas is angry that Cano was not discovered and returned safely home in time he also recognizes that it’s not the men and women of the force who are responsible and wants to make it clear.
“When I say ‘Police’ should have done more I use the term in general. I don’t blame the individual officers nor am I implying that any of them screwed up. They’ve got kids too and want nothing more than to put these freaks away permanently in hell. But the system is screwed and ties their hands from acting on even their own instincts in many cases, much less psychics.
Robbie Thomas is bitter also that psychics are still looked at as entertainment or freaks with crystal balls and says he desperately wants to see that mindset change in our culture.
“I and many other talented psychics in the world are trying to make a point to everyone that psychics do have certain abilities to help get these creeps. It’s real and works. The US, Israelis and Russian military have been training and using psychics called for decades now only they call them by the name of ‘Remote Viewers’. Most people don’t know that”

Robbie Thomas 'Sees' Location of Missing 4 Year Old Boy, Names Abductor
 On June 30th I received a phone call from Frances Etienne in Kentucky United States informing me of a missing four-year-old child named Ceasar Ivan Anguilar-Cano and would I be willing to help out in this case. Frances told me she knew the activist who was working with the family and police in Kentucky and that the information would go directly to the detective on the case James Bland. Frances explained the particulars that the four year old went missing on June 29th and that there were no leads or anyone come forward with information.
Frances then placed a phone call to Detective James Bland and explained who I was and where I was in Canada. Detective James Bland then told Frances that he would entertain looking at any information I had or lead in regard to the whereabouts of Ceasar. Frances then calls me back and explains the police are willing to look at anything I had to offer and this is where I started to channel spirit to find information about this case.
I pulled up a photo of Ceasar off a news web site and in doing so sat for a couple hours drawing up information given to me from his spirit. I literally was speaking with him asking Ceasar to show me as much detailed information as possible and the name of the man who has taken him. Over the course of the first hour making my way through much of what was shown me, gaining the trust of this little boys spirit, I learned that “stadium lights” were very close bye and that I seen them as off. I wrote on the paper, “stadium lights?” and underlined it like you see here. Under this I then wrote, “Dark, Like Off” and circled the word “Off”. After that I hear the words, “NOT FAR AWAY!!”and also underline it as well. Now I am left drawing four circular lights like you would see on a pole in a stadium up high. I circle them over and over making the outer ring dark in pen just like I seen them.
I then sit for a bit asking Ceasar to show me where exactly he is, I feel the connection growing weaker as I literally beg him to show me. After sitting for a bit I am shown a street name and told like tree streets but shown the word “Cherry” so I write it down feeling its not quite right but keep the information anyways and place it at very top left of the page and underline it twice. I know this information is very crucial however it is a representation of what or where he is.
Now I move forward and ask Ceasar to show me the mans face over and over as I get small glimpses of him. I tried my best to draw what was shown me but kept getting shown a father figure and that Ceasar wanted his father. At this point and going over again much of the information that was given me I took a small break for I felt the draining of a little boy and fear setting in. I didn’t want to push this so fast or so hard on such a young spirit.
I kept reiterating that he could trust me, and that I promised to bring him home to his mom and dad. After sitting starring at his picture again for a while I decided to ask questions again. I asked what was this individual wearing or wears? I was shown as I write down on paper, “Dark -> Muscle Shirt, under this I write, MAN SHOES UNTIED UNDONE” and underline “Undone”. Next I write what was shown me, “Grey or White with arrow pointing to “Track Pants”.
I then started to ask precisely where are you can you see what it looks like where you are. I get told and shown “me looked small room”, I then underline the word “room”. Then I am told other boys, I asked again what do you mean, and I hear “Pictures of other small boys” and shown this as well. I then underline the word “boys”.
The biggest thing to come when I was sitting asking him who this person was and not noticing it happened until it was written was the name, “CECEIL” and when I see I had written it I asked is this the name of the man and I see a little head nod yes. I then look at how it was spelled on the page and corrected it as I scribbled out the second “E” making it “Cecil” with the arrow pointing to the figure I just drew on the page as well.
Now I had the first name of the man involved and also wrote down on the page beside his name, “Always picks nose, plays with nose” I then underline the last three words. Under the picture I was shown cigarettes so I wrote down “smokes a lot”. Under this I was beginning to get a second name, it was coming in very vaguely however it was still coming in. I start to write “Juan” as I was shown “UJAN” and sat while waiting to see if it was correct. Again it comes in real fast but much more vague as “UJAN” so I leave it at “Juan” for now. Above Juan I decide to write “John”.
At the top right corner of the page I begin to write “Road Construction” and I underline the words. Then I see and write, “sees men in safety orange yellow stripe vests” and circle this entire entry. There was construction exactly on 3rd Street across from where Cecil lived. The actual “road construction” is the fact on 3rd Street there was construction going on and the men in safety orange and yellow vests. This is all in direct relation to the area in which he was held. There were flags put out on both sides of the street to mark the gas and water lines I learned later on that would validate that entry that Ceasar was seen pulling out the flags in front of Cecil’s residence.
I again start to get second name as it comes in, at this point I feel very frightened like something was going to happen and the connection being pulled away. However again it comes in very vaguely “UJAN’ but I write “Juan” thinking ok maybe a spelling error on left hand side of page and underline it twice.
I also was given the name of “John” and in doing so I felt like father figure here, but when discovered the area surroundings, there is a “Papa John’s Stadium ” (and perhaps Papa John's Restaurant / Pizza) near the same block as where the murderer Cecil lived only a very short distance away across the street. This is very significant information and a definite solid connection of showing me the area in which Ceasar was.
I know now he was trying desperately to tell me the second name of this person and was having trouble in doing so.
More information came in like a promise of “Dog and Puppies”, I circle Dog then Puppies separately. Then for some reason the number # 1478 came flashing across my eyes. So I tried to feel for this number and what it meant but decided to just write it down under dog and puppies.
I was sitting now with all this information and detailed at that.
Now with all this information at hand I then emailed it to Frances Etienne July 2nd who in turn emailed it directly to the police July 2nd and the news channels of CBS affiliate WLKY Kentucky July 2nd then two days later ABC’s affiliate WHAS Kentucky. There were phone calls made back and forth between Detective James Bland and Frances Etienne that are recorded on July 2nd as well as emails.
Ceasar Ivan Anguilar-Cano was then found dead July 6th in a garbage bag in a garbage can. Witness saw Cecil out doing something very peculiar at 4:30 am July 6th in the garbage cans. Later that day cadaver dogs were brought out after discovering the tiny body of the 4 year old to which they lead police directly to Cecil’s home apartment. Cecil since then has run from police and is in hiding somewhere.
The name “Cecil” came to me clear as a bell however, when asked what is his second name I was told “UJAN” so again I took it as “Juan” this is at least what I heard from a young voice. It turns out the second name of Cecil is actually “Eugene”. When I vaguely received this second name it came in as “UJAN” and when you look at the second name and pronounce it like a little boy would now it makes perfect sense. “UJAN” is “Eugene”.
The tree street name “Cherry” that came was a representation of a name of a tree…the street that is involved is a tree street name between Churchill downs with huge stadium lights that were “off” at that time of night and the name of the street is “Oakdale” So now we have the small street that is between where the murder took place and the huge stadium lights.
The fact being shown a picture of other small boys is that Cecil has a record of sexual abuse to two other young boys ages 9 and 10. He was showing me the characteristic of this mans behavior and what he has done in the past.
It was later learned the cadaver dogs went to the basement of the apartment of Cecil’s where evidence was taken and this would explain “shows me locked small room” as Ceasar showed me.
This was a huge closure in evidence as I see it as to the whereabouts and who did it.

 I want to thank you for all your help when I called and asked you to help find Caesar Aquilar-Cano on June 30,2007. He had wandered away from his home and had not returned. The police here had not issued an amber alert because they said there was "no evidence" that he had been abducted. This is a shame because he had been missing for more than 24 hours and there should of been one put out no matter what.He was only 4 years old. You have always been there to help when called upon and took this case and started communicating with little Caesar. On July 2nd you emailed me a diagram with a picture of the man who had him and the name Cecil above it with an arrow pointing to the mans picture,you also had 4 round circles that had stadium written under it and that it was not far away from Caesars home.You explained to me these were lights like you would see at a stadium,but that they were out. Your description of this man had a lot of details,he picks his nose a lot,or plays with nose a lot, smokes a lot, shoes untied or undone,he was wearing a muscle shirt and gray or white track pants. You also said Caesar was locked in a small room,that this man had pictures of other small boys. You also had John and Juan written down and the number 1478. I took the John as meaning "Papa Johns Cardinal stadium' there are stadium lights there.You wrote down men in safety vest,orange and yellow stripes.
I contacted the Detective in charge of his case James Bland by phone and told him about what you had sent me. He gave me his email address and said he was in a meeting ,but he would take it and check it out asap. I emailed it to james.bland@louisvilleky.gov immediately with your contact number and mine and told him to call you for you could explain your info on the diagram to him.
After 2 hours I contacted you to see if he had called and you said no,so I immediately emailed your info to John Boel the lead news man at WLKY-TV 32 news channel here in Louisville.
I tried to find the number to contact Christopher 2x our community activist here in Louisville,they were reporting that there was a psychic here in Louisville that was with him and the family working on the case.
The next day I again tried to call Mr. Bland but just got his voicemail. I tried the same with Mr. Boel.
On Saturday July 7th they announced that a small boys body had been found by the garbage men as they were getting ready to compact their truck. The whole community knew that this was little Caesar and on Monday July 9th the coroner confirmed that this was him.
The sad thing about this is that all of your clues were completely right.
Police brought in the cadaver dogs and they followed the scent to a (first clue)mans house right behind where Caesar lived. The home was that of a man named "CECIL"(second clue),His home is in eye view of Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium (third clue). The mans middle name is Eugene in spanish it is pronounced Juan(4th clue). Caesar was found right behind where he lived (5th clue). On the day Caesar came up missing the police and searchers went door to door asking people if they had seen him. One of the people they asked was Cecil he said he had seen him pulling up LG&E utility flags in his yard and he told him to stop and go home(6th clue safety vest of workers who were putting down flags). Cecil is a convicted child molester who had served time for molesting nine and ten year old boys(7th clue).
I also emailed Mr. Bland and John Boel the Ky. sex offenders online page and told them to look at it.
On Monday I left a message on Mr. Boels voicemail asknig him for Mr. 2x's phone number and he called back and left me a voicemail with his number.
I gave you his number and Mr. 2x was really moved with all you had came up with and said those were the best leads the police could of had and he was going to contact the Chief of police and the detective in charge of the case to find out why they never followed your leads. The next day I contacted him and he told me that the police said they had followed "all" the leads they had gotten and they made an announcement that night on the news that they has followed "all "the leads. This sounds funny to me that they would do this. I felt they were personally trying to cover their butts per say because Mr. 2x is always open with the community and afraid he was going to let this out to the media, if they had acted right away he would be alive today.They waited until he was found dead then followed your clues and went to Cecils home and gathered evidence.Mr. 2x told me on July 16th that they had told him that they had followed your clues.
Now Cecil is in hiding saying he is in "fear of his life", because the circuit courts office had released info by mistake that they had a search warrant issued for his home. On the day they found Caesar residents reported seeing Cecil outside in the early hours of the morning, why it was still dark moving around peoples trash cans. Then he himself disappeared . Why disappear if no one had approached you yet?
Robbie your gift is one that cannot be topped, you came here for the Bardstown fire, and then spent time trying to help find little Caesar. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Odd Coincidence in News Report:
In this early article from the Associated Press dated June 30, article's author calls the child's name as 'CECIL', but notes that the child is also called 'Ceasar' . Despite the fact that no one in the media could agree on the spelling of the child's name (ie , Ceasar, Cezar ) it is very uncanny that this early report called the child's name as CECIL.
At the time the article was posted the child was just 'missing' and no foul play had been suspected. It would be not be until after the child's body was found a week later that a known pediphile named CECIL would be questioned in conjunction with the case.
The article appeared June 30. Robbie Thomas received a call from Frances Etienne with a plea to help in this case also on June 30. Robbie had written the name CECIL as the culprit during meditations and the news article claimed the child's name was CECIL.
This, in my opinion could be a strong case for spontaneous psychic phenomena borne from the subconcious mind of the article's author. Did the author unconciously write the suspect's name through their own psychic ability? Or, did the author subconciously pick up on Robbie's meditations? Or did both Robbie and the author receive the name from the so-called collective unconscious? It's a strong argument either way one looks at it to support psychic phenomena as real for there is no way for either Robbie or the author of the article to have known the name of the suspect through any normal channels such as media..

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- A 4-year-old boy missing since Friday afternoon had a penchant for exploring, his mother said Saturday.

4-year-old Cecil Aguilar-Cano, who also goes by Ceasar, plays in a miniature jeep.
Cecil Aguilar-Cano was last seen at 3:15 p.m. on Friday afternoon in front of his house on Oakdale Ave. Not far from Churchill Downs.
The boy’s mother said she wasn’t watching her son at the time and that she thought he was just playing in the neighborhood. Police have posted flyers in both English and Spanish in the area asking for help in locating the boy.
Cecil is 3-feet tall and weighs 40 pounds. He has short dark hair and was last seen wearing a yellow tank top with gray shorts. Anyone with information is asked to call the Louisville Metro Police at 574-LMPD.

Louisville Metro Police are searching for a 4-year-old boy missing since yesterday afternoon.
